Professional Summary

Latoya Clarke

Latoya Clarke

Assistant Director, Digital Content, HR Communications

I am a communications professional with a decade of experience shaping how organizations present themselves to key stakeholders like employees and clients. My expertise spans digital communication design, growth marketing, and strategic communications, all driven by a passion for delivering cohesive, compelling brand stories that resonate with broad audiences.

I have supported HR and corporate communications for well-known organizations, including higher education institutions, award-winning marketing agencies, and a global investment firm. At these organizations, I implemented innovative digital strategies to enhance employee and client engagement through the development of new websites, streamlining of internal communication processes, and creation of targeted engagement campaigns.

I am currently in graduate school, working on a master's thesis that explores impactful HR communications planning through questions such as:

  • What motivates employees to join and stay committed to an organization?
  • Which organizational values and benefits most effectively enhance employee engagement?
  • How does transparent messaging cultivate trust and loyalty across the organization?
  • How can digital strategies, like web design and digital marketing, elevate the employer brand?
